摘 要:伴随着科学技术的提高、医疗设备的不断迭代更新,涌现出许多智能化、远程化、可穿戴的先进医疗设备,而其中新型远程可穿戴式脉诊设备乃是仿生学与物联网技术等结合的产物。通过回顾脉诊设备的相关研究工作,并对近年来专家、学者关于脉诊仪等相关设备的研究成果进行梳理,以评价的方式对脉象设备的优劣、进展、应用等进行阐述,然后以便携可穿戴化诊断设计、多探头脉象诊断设计、金氏脉诊设备为代表,着重分析脉诊设备的未来发展点。最后对当代医学领域的远程脉诊设备进行深入研究,总结并反思它们的发展方向。本研究旨在能更好地服务于普外科输液、慢性病患和老人可穿戴式的诊断需求,为四诊合参用于协助远程会诊及治疗提供广阔前景。同时就不同脉诊设备性能及与病理之间的关联,分析其有效性,便利性和特异性,为下一代诊断仪提供更有效参考价值。With the improvement of science and technology and the continuous iterative update of medical devices,many intelligent,remote and wearable advanced medical devices have emerged.Among them,the new remote wearable pulse diagnosis device was the product of combining bionics and Internet of things technology.By reviewing the related research work of pulse diagnosis equipment,and combing the research results of experts and scholars on pulse diagnosis equipment in recent years,this paper expounded the advantages and disadvantages,progress and application of pulse diagnosis equipment in the way of evaluation,and then focused on the analysis of the future development of pulse diagnosis equipment,such as portable wearable diagnosis design,multi probe pulse diagnosis design Kim’s pulse diagnosis equipment was the representative.At last,the paper made a deep research on remote pulse diagnosis equipment in contemporary medical field and summarizes and reflects on their development direction.The purpose of this study was to better serve the wearable diagnosis needs of general surgery,chronic patients and the elderly,and provide broad prospect for the four diagnostic parameters to assist remote consultation and treatment.At the same time,it analyzed the effectiveness,convenience and specificity of different pulse diagnosis equipment performance and the correlation with pathology,so as to provide more effective reference value for the next generation of diagnostic instrument.
