摘 要:磁共振成像设备已经在临床医学上得到了广泛的应用,长期满负荷的使用导致磁共振设备故障发生率逐渐升高,对临床工程师迅速排除故障保障设备正常运行提出了更高的要求。本文列举了我院GE Signa Excite 1.5 T磁共振成像系统的2例伪影维修案例以及1例收发和处理子系统(Transceiver and Processing Subsystem,TPS)不响应故障维修案例,分别为GHOST伪影、白噪声伪影和TPS NOT RESPONDING报错,利用多种测试方法、分割排除、替换组件等对故障进行检修,逐步分析故障原因,分别通过更换梯度控制板、重新安装连接线转接头及更换RRF/DIF板使设备恢复正常运行。本文旨在通过案例分享与广大临床工程师进行相互交流和学习,共同提高设备保障能力。Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)equipment has been widely used in clinical medicine.Long-term use of full load leads to a gradual increase in the incidence of MRI equipment faults,which puts forward higher requirements for clinical engineers to quickly remove faults and ensure the normal operation of equipment.In this paper,two artifact repair cases of GE Signa Excite 1.5 T MAGNETIC resonance imaging system and one non-responsive repair case of transceiver and processing subsystem(TPS)were listed.Respectively for GHOST artifact,white noise artifact and TPS NOT RESPONDING error,used a variety of test methods,segmentation and elimination,replacement components to repair the fault,gradually analyzed the cause of the fault,respectively by replacing the gradient control board,reinstalling the connection line adapter and replacing the RRF/DIF board to restore normal operation of the equipment.This paper aims to communicate and learn from the majority of clinical engineers,and jointly improve the equipment support capability.
