摘　　要：本文介绍了三菱M701F4燃气轮机组一次调频控制系统现状,并着重阐述了一次调频在线测试系统改造的设计、功能、实现过程、操作方式以及静态试验和各个负荷段下的动态试验过程。结果表明,本次改造能有效实现三菱M701F4燃气轮机组的一次调频在线测试功能,使电网实时掌握发电机组的一次调频性能,符合设计要求,更好地保障了电网安全,对燃气轮机组,特别是同类型联合循环机组的一次调频测试、改进或优化等工作具有较大的参考意义。This paper introduces the current situation of primary frequency regulation control system of Mitsubishi M701f4 gas turbine unit,and focuses on the design,function,implementation process,operation mode,static test and dynamic test process under each load section.The results show that this transformation can effectively realize the pri⁃mary frequency modulation on-line test function of Mitsubishi M701f4 gas turbine unit,make the power grid master the primary frequency modulation performance of generator unit in real time,meet the design requirements,and bet⁃ter ensure the safety of power grid The work of improvement or optimization has great reference significance.
