摘　　要：小塔山水库及入库河流有着一定的生态基础,为将其保护并利用起来,根据区域地块特点及规划内容分布,拟打造“一面(水库水面)、两环(环湖交通环、沿湖生态环)、三廊道(旦头河、青口河、汪子头河生态廊道)”的生态环境。通过一系列措施,建立小塔山水库流域可持续的生态体系,促进库区及入库河流水质提升、环境改善和地方发展,实现工程效益、经济效益和生态效益相统一。Xiaotashan Reservoir and warehousing river has a certain ecological basis,for its protection and utiliza⁃tion,and based on the characteristics of regional land and planning content distribution,plans to build"side(reser⁃voir),two ring(ring around the traffic,lake ecological ring),three corridor(Dantou River,Qingkou River and Wangzi⁃tou River of river ecological corridor)"of the ecological environment,Through a series of measures,the aim is to es⁃tablish a sustainable ecological system in the Xiaotashan Reservoir basin,promote the improvement of water quality,environment and local development of the reservoir area and the river into the reservoir,and achieve the unity of engi⁃neering benefits,economic benefits and ecological benefits.
