河南省科技工作者开展科普工作现状分析

摘　　要：以河南省内高校、科研院所及科技管理机构等单位的相关科技工作者为对象,采用访谈、实地调研及问卷调查等方法,研究河南省科技工作者开展科普工作的现状。研究发现,河南省省内高校的科技工作者是目前河南省开展科普工作的主力军,服务社会、获得个人价值是其从事科普工作的主要原因,且科普工作参与度与其职称、年龄成正比。此外,缺乏经费支持与政策鼓励是阻碍其开展科普工作的主要障碍。针对这些情况,提出了推动河南省科普工作发展的对策及建议。Taking the relevant scientific and technological workers in colleges and universities,scientific research in⁃stitutions and scientific and technological management institutions in Henan Province as the object,this paper analyz⁃es and studies the current situation of science popularization work carried out by scientific and technological workers in Henan Province by means of interviews,field research and questionnaire survey.It is found that the scientific and technological workers in colleges and universities in Henan Province are the main force to carry out science popular⁃ization work.Serving the society and obtaining personal value are the main reasons for their engaging in science popu⁃larization work.The participation of science popularization work is proportional to its professional title and age.Lack of financial support and policy encouragement are the main obstacles to the development of science popularization work.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of science popularization in Henan Province are put forward.
