摘  要:构建火山岩、砾石、沸石、椰壳活性炭、K3悬浮填料和聚氨酯泡沫为基质的6组实验室规模垂直流人工湿地,对比分析各湿地系统对含氨氮地下水的净化效果,同时考察不同基质湿地系统在一个水力停留时间(48 h)内氮素形态转化的时空特征。结果表明:沸石湿地系统对氨氮、TN的去除效果最好,平均去除率分别为97.39%、94.26%,聚氨酯泡沫湿地系统对氨氮、TN的去除效果最差,平均去除率分别为12.51%、6.36%;6种基质湿地系统上层溶解氧含量较高,硝化反应活跃,其氨氮、TN去除效果总体优于中、下层;由于湿地系统中未添加有机碳源,抑制了反硝化反应的进行,造成硝酸盐氮的积累(除椰壳活性炭湿地系统外)。Six groups of lab-scale vertical flow constructed wetlands with volcanic rock,gravel,zeolite,coconut shell activated carbon,K3 suspended filler,and polyurethane foam as the matrix were constructed to compare and analyze the purification effects of each wetland system on ammonia nitrogen-containing groundwater.Spatial and temporal characteristics of nitrogen form transformation during a hydraulic retention time(48 h)were also studied.The results showed that the zeolite wetland system had the best removal effect on ammonia nitrogen and TN,with average removal rates of 97.39%and 94.26%,respectively.The polyurethane foam wetland system had the worst removal effect on ammonia nitrogen and TN,with average removal rates of 12.51%and 6.36%,respectively.The dissolved oxygen content in the upper layer of the 6 kinds of wetland systems was relative high,and the nitrification reaction was active,and the removal effects of ammonia nitrogen and TN were generally better than those in the middle and lower layers.Since no organic carbon source was added to the wetland system,the denitrification reaction was inhibited,resulting in the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen(except for the coconut shell activated carbon wetland system).
