摘  要:铁水锰含量高,转炉吹炼过程会出现持续性喷溅现象,导致转炉生产不稳定,终点难以控制,工人劳动强度大,炉衬严重,甚至烧坏设备。根据转炉吹炼高锰铁水不同时期特点,从优化转炉加料时机、数量及吹炼枪位控制方面入手,改变吹炼操作模式,取得了良好效果。喷溅率由70%左右降到15%以下,稳定了吹炼过程操作,达到了转炉平稳冶炼的目的。Due to the high content of manganese in molten iron,there will be continuous splashing in the converter blowing process,resulting in unstable converter production and difficult control of end point,high labor intensity of workers,serious furnace lining,and even burning out the equipment.According to the characteristics of different periods of converting high manganese molten iron in converter,starting from optimizing the feeding time,quantity and blowing gun position control of converter,the blowing operation mode is changed and good results are obtained.The splashing rate is reduced from about 70%to less than 15%,which stabilizes the operation of the blowing process and achieves the goal of stable smelting of the converter.
