摘　　要：基于低碳和Nb、V、Ti等多合金元素复合的成分体系设计思路,采用铁水预处理-100 t转炉-LF精炼-RH精炼-260 mm板坯连铸-堆垛缓冷工艺生产高级别管线钢X80。通过各冶炼工序的合理控制,有效优化了硫、磷、氮、氢和氧等杂质元素,显著降低了显微夹杂物、大型夹杂物含量,并经过夹杂物变性处理促进了残余夹杂物的去除;通过采用钢水过热度、拉速以及二冷水量等相匹配的连铸工艺,并使用电磁搅拌和动态轻压下联合工艺,铸坯低倍评级达到了中心偏析C1.0和中心疏松1.0水平,所生产的管线钢X80能够具有高强度、高韧性、良好的焊接性等优良性能。Based on the composition system design idea of low carbon and Nb,V,Ti and other multi alloy elements,the high-grade pipeline steel X80 is produced by hot metal pretreatment-100 t converter-LF refining-RH refining-260 mm slab continuous casting stacking slow cooling process.Through the reasonable control of each smelting process,the impurity elements such as sulfur,phosphorus,nitrogen,hydrogen and oxygen are effectively optimized,the contents of micro inclusions and large inclusions are significantly reduced,and the inclusion denaturation treatment promotes the removal of residual inclusions.By adopting the continuous casting process matching the superheat of molten steel,drawing speed and secondary cooling water,and using the combined process of electromagnetic stirring and dynamic soft reduction,the low power rating of billet reaches the center segregation C1.0 and central porosity 1.0.The pipeline steel X80 can have excellent properties such as high strength,high toughness and good weldability.
