摘  要:利用EDS能谱分析对河钢唐钢生产的IF钢热轧板夹渣缺陷进行了分析,认为夹渣主要由连铸过程中结晶器卷渣造成。通过稳定结晶器流场、优化保护渣性能、铸坯扒皮与修磨处理、增加浸入式水口更换次数、防止钢水二次氧化,连铸夹渣率由7.0%降至2.8%,IF钢质量得到显著提升,具备为高端汽车钢生产稳定供货的能力。The slag inclusion defect of IF steel hot rolled plate produced in HBIS Tangsteel is analyzed by EDS energy spectrum analysis.It is considered that the slag inclusion is mainly caused by the slag curling in the mold during continuous casting.By stabilizing the mold flow field,optimizing the performance of protective slag,slab peeling and grinding,increasing the replacement times of submerged nozzle and preventing secondary oxidation of molten steel,the slag inclusion rate of continuous casting has been reduced from 7.0%to 2.8%,and the quality of IF steel has been significantly improved,which has the ability to stably supply goods for the production of high-end automotive steel.
