摘 要:为增加储层的改造效果,降低油气渗流压差,对陡山沱组的高钙质页岩压裂段采用了酸性滑溜水体积压裂工艺。室内实验表明,酸性滑溜水浸泡高钙质页岩可以大程度增加储层的基质渗透率,形成非均勾刻蚀面和降低岩石的破裂强度;现场应用效果表明酸性滑溜水不仅具有常规滑溜水的减阻效果和携砂性能,还能增大裂缝系统的导流能力和裂缝的复杂程度。EYY2HF井首创的酸性滑溜水压裂试验的成功,为高钙质页岩储层的压裂改造提供了参考和借鉴。The high-calcareous shale reservoirs of the Doushantuo Formation in the Yichang area are characterized by high density,low porosity and permeability,high Youngs modulus and Poissons ratio,and large difference in horizontal stress,etc.,resulting in great difficulty in forming complex fracture networks during fracturing stimulation of the reservoirs.In order to increase the effect of reservoir stimulation and reduce the seepage pressure difference of oil and gas,the volume fracturing technology with acid slickwater was adopted in the high-calcareous shale fracturing sections of the Doushantuo Formation.Laboratory experiments reveal that the acid slickwater-soaked high-calcareous shale can greatly increase the permeability of reservoir matrix,forming heterogeneous etching surface and reducing the fracture strength of rock.The field application results reveal that the acid slickwater not only has the same drag reduction effect and proppant-carrying capacity as the conventional slickwater*but also can increase the conductivity and complexity of the fracture system.The initial successful fracturing test with acid slickwater in Well EYY2HF provides a direction for fracturing stimulation of high calcareous shale reservoirs.
