摘　　要：针对江汉油田油井完井下入抽油杆过程中打背钳难度高、劳动强度大、污油污水易溢出等影响完井质量问题,研制了一种多功能背钳导流器。该装置主要由溢流管、导流管及防转杆组成。现场应用表明,在满足井控要求的基础上,该装置可以解决下抽油杆时油管内液体外溢的环保隐患,降低作业施工劳动强度,提高作业效率,为油田降本增效提供技术保障。A multifunctional back-up tong diverter was developed to address the difficulties such as operating the back-up tong,high labor intensity and easy spillover of dirty oil and water in the middle of running the sucker rod into the oil well in Jianghan oilfield.The device is mainly composed of spillover tube,diversion duct and anti-rotating rod.Field application shows that,on the basis of meeting well control requirements,the device can provide the solution to the hidden danger of liquid spillover in tubing when the sucker rod is lowered,reduce labor intensity and improve operation efficiency,and provide technical support for reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the oil field.
