摘　　要：随着智慧社会蓬勃发展,情报信息系统也需要革新。通过研究我国智慧社会的发展环境,综合国内外学者的相关理论成果,分析智慧社会背景下传统情报信息系统面临的新环境和新挑战,进而有针对性地提出明确情报需求、拓宽情报源、生成针对性情报产品、推动综合分析研判、加强数据采集与清洗等情报信息系统的优化对策。With the resulting in the vigorous development of the smart society,there is also a need to innovate the intelligence information system.By studying the development environment of China’s smart society and integrating the relevant theoretical achievements of scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the new environment and new challenges faced by the traditional intelligence information system under the background of smart society,and proposes the optimization countermeasures,such as clarifying the intelligence demand;broadening information sources;generating targeted intelligence products;promoting comprehensive analysis and judgment;strengthening data collection and cleaning.
