基于SWOT分析的新文科背景下高校图书馆发展策略研究

摘　　要：文章通过SWOT分析方法梳理了新文科背景下高校图书馆发展的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁,生成并分析了增长型策略(SO)、扭转型策略(WO)、多元化策略(ST)、防御型策略(WT)等四种策略类型,提出新文科背景下高校图书馆应紧密结合新技术,加强图书馆已有优势,把握发展机会,采取资源、服务、教育、空间四位一体的有机生长发展策略,从而积极应对新环境、新挑战。Through SWOT analysis,the article sorts out the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of the development of university libraries under the background of new liberal arts,generates and analyzes four types of strategies:SO growth strategy,WO reverse strategy,ST diversification strategy and WT defensive strategy.It is suggested that under the background of new liberal arts,university libraries should closely combine new technologies,strengthen existing advantages of libraries,grasp development opportunities,adopt the development strategy of resource,service,education,space,and organic growth,and actively respond to the new environment and new challenges.
