摘　　要：采用调查问卷与SPSS统计软件进行实证研究,从知识需求识别、知识资源建设、知识内容生产、知识环境营造四个方面,梳理目前国内高校图书馆知识管理措施,通过对高校图书馆知识管理过程的解读,构建了基于知识识别、知识获取、知识创造、知识传播的高校图书馆知识管理结构模型,并提出相应的知识管理性能提升策略。The article uses questionnaires and SPSS statistical software for empirical research,and summarizes the current knowledge management measures of university libraries in China from four aspects:knowledge demand identification,knowledge resource construction,knowledge content production and knowledge environment construction.By interpreting the process of knowledge management in university library,the structure model of knowledge management in university library is constructed based on knowledge identification,knowledge acquisition,knowledge creation and knowledge dissemination.The corresponding strategies for improving the performance of knowledge management are put forward.
