摘 要:基于冷轧带钢生产中板形辊不可避免的位置偏差问题,分析了分段接触式板形辊水平度和平行度误差对板形检测的影响;根据板形辊包角沿辊身轴向线性变化的规律,建立了板形辊位置补偿模型。该模型能够真实反映带钢张应力分布,从而获得了准确的板形,解决了板形辊位置偏差导致的板形检测失真问题;将板形辊位置补偿模型应用于某单机架六辊轧机,通过模型补偿前后的在线板形对比,验证了该模型的可靠性,具有较高的工业应用价值。Based on the inevitable position deviation of the flatness measuring roll during production cold-rolled strip, the effect of horizontal and parallelity errors of segmented contact flatness roll on the flatness detecting was analyzed;And based on the linear changing principle of the wrap angle of the flatness measuring roll along the roll body axial direction, the position compensation model of the flatness measuring roll was established. The model can truly reflect the distribution of tension stress in the strip, thus obtaining accurate flatness of the strip, and to solving the distortion problem of flatness detection caused by the position deviation of flatness measuring roll. The position compensation model for flatness measuring roll was applied to a single stand six-high mill, and through the on-line flatness comparison before and after model compensation, the model has been proved to be reliable and had higher industrial application value.
