摘  要:研究利用聚乙二醇溶液模拟干旱胁迫,以蒸馏水作为对照,测定21份杂花苜蓿种子萌发期的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力抗旱指数等8项指标,并采用模糊数学隶属法对杂花苜蓿种质资源进行抗旱性综合评价。研究表明,在PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下,21份杂花苜蓿种质资源的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著降低,分别下降62.0%、63.9%和85.9%;以萌发胁迫指数、萌发抗旱指数、相对发芽率和活力抗旱指数为评判指标,采用模糊数学隶属法对21份种质进行综合评价,编号为CF050047、CF050032、CF050038和CF0482914份杂花苜蓿种质资源抗旱性较强;6份杂花苜蓿种质资源为中等抗旱水平;11份杂花苜蓿种质资源抗旱性较弱。以上结果为选育杂花苜蓿抗旱新品种提供了理论依据和基础材料。This study measured eight vital seed germination indexes(germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor,drought resistance index,and so on)of 21 variegated alfalfa(M.varia M.media M.sativa×M.falcata)cultivars using polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)solution to mimic the drought stress.The fuzzy mathematics membership method was applied to evaluate the drought resistance of all cultivars.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of all 21 cultivars significantly decreased under simulated drought stress of PEG-6000,with an average decrease of 62.0%,63.9%,and 85.9%,respectively.The drought resistance indexes of all cultivars were evaluated by the fuzzy mathematics membership method,including germination stress index,germination drought resistance index,relative germination rate,and vitality index.Four(CF050047,CF050032,CF050038,and CF048291),6,and 11 cultivars exhibited strong,moderate,and weak drought resistance,respectively.This study provided the theoretical basis and materials for breeding new cultivars of variegated alfalfa with strong drought resistance.
