摘 要:为了鉴定甘肃省新育成小麦品种(系)面粉色泽相关基因的分布情况,利用STS标记鉴定了103份新育成小麦品种(系)的1BL/1RS易位系及与黄色素含量和多酚氧化酶活性相关的等位变异类型。结果发现,供试材料中,有37份材料为1BL/1RS易位系,占35.92%;42份为非1BL/1RS易位系,占40.78%;其余均为片段易位或其他易位系。在黄色素含量分子检测中,Psy-A1位点有3个等位变异,Psy-A1a所占比例最大,频率达91.26%,Psy-A1b和Psy-A1c分别占7.77%和0.97%;Psy-B1位点的3个等位变异中,Psy-B1a、Psy-B1b和Psy-B1c频率分别为62.13%、28.16%和18.45%;Psy-D1位点有Psy-D1a和Psy-D1g两个等位变异,其中Psy-D1a分布频率为97.09%。在PPO活性等位基因中,与低PPO活性相关的基因Ppo-A1b和Ppo-B1a分别占34.95%、77.67%;与高PPO活性相关的基因Ppo-A1a、PPO-B1b、PPO-D1b分别占54.36%、19.46%.40.77%。黄色素含量和PPO活性相关的基因组成以中间类型居多。甘肃省新育成小麦品种(系)中,1BL/1RS易位系材料频率有所下降,黄色素含量及PPO活性相关等位基因均有一定分布,在未来小麦育种工作中仍需加强面粉色泽的选择。In order to identify the distribution of the color-related genes of the newly bred wheat varie-ties(lines)flour in Gansu province,STS markers were used to identify the 1BL/1RS translocation and the allele types associated with yellow pigment content and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity of 103 newly bred wheat varieties(lines).Among the 103 newly bred varieties,37 varieties were 1BL/1RS translocation lines,accounting for 35.92%.Forty-two materials were non-1BL/1RS translocation lines,accounting for 40.78%;and the rest were fragment translocations or other translocations.For the molecular detection of yellow pigment content,Psy-A1 locus had three allelic variants:Psy-A1a accounting for the largest proportion with a frequency of 91.26%,and Psy-A1b and Psy-A1c accounting for 7.77% and 0.97% respectively.For the three alleles at Psy-B1 locus,the frequency of Psy-B1a,Psy-B1b and Psy-B1c was 62.13%,28.16% and 18.45%,respectively.Psy-D1 locus had two alleles Psy-D1a and Psy-D1g,of which Psy-D1a took up to 97.09%.Among the alleles of PPO activity,Ppo-A1b and Ppo-B1a,related to low PPO activity,accounted for 34.95% and 77.67%,respectively;Ppo-A1a,PPO-B1b,and PPO-D1b,related to high PPO activity,accounted for 54.36%,19.46% and 40.77%,respectively.Generally,the genotypes of yellow pigment content and PPO activity were mainly intermediate types.In the newly bred wheat varieties(lines)in Gansu province,the material frequency of 1BL/1RS translocation lines decreased,and there was certain distribution of alleles related to yellow pigment content and PPO activity.Therefore,the selection of flour color should be strengthened in wheat breeding in the future.
