摘 要:【目的】旨在研究硒代葡萄糖和亚硒酸钠对肉仔鸡生长性能和组织硒含量的影响,以评估硒代葡萄糖相对于亚硒酸钠的生物学利用率.【方法】采用2×5两因子随机试验设计,选择硒代葡萄糖和亚硒酸钠2种硒源,饲粮设5个硒添加水平(0、0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2 mg/kg).648只科宝肉仔鸡随机分为9组(空白对照共用),每组设6个重复,每个重复12只鸡.试验期为42 d,分前期(0~21 d)和后期(22~42 d)2个阶段.【结果】从后期或全期来看,饲粮中添加0.3~1.2 mg/kg的硒肉仔鸡体增质量和料质量比均有改善(P<0.05),且硒添加水平为0.9 mg/kg效果最佳.硒源和硒水平间交互作用显著影响肉仔鸡脾脏和胰脏中硒含量(P<0.05).肉仔鸡肌肉组织和器官中硒含量随着日粮硒添加水平的增加而增加(P<0.05),硒代葡萄糖组肉仔鸡心脏和脾脏硒含量显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05).相对于亚硒酸钠,硒代葡萄糖对肉仔鸡的生物学利用率是121.98%.【结论】综合考虑肉仔鸡体增质量和组织硒含量,肉仔鸡饲粮中添加硒代葡萄糖补硒效果优于亚硒酸钠.【Objective】The study aimed to explore the effects of Se-glucose and sodium selenite on growth performance and tissue Se content of broilers for the purpose of evaluating the biological utilization of Se-glucose relative to sodium selenite.【Method】A 2×5 two-factor randomized trial was adopted in the experiment.Two selenium sources,glucose se glucose and sodium selenite,were selected and five selenium supplementation levels(0,0.3,0.6,0.9 and 1.2 mg/kg)were set in the diet.648 Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 9 groups(one control),with 6 replicates in each group,and 12 chickens in each replicate.The test period was divided into early stage(0~21 d)and late stage(22~42 d)with a total of 42 days.【Result】The results showed that the ratio of the increased body weight and of the feed weight of the broilers with 0.3~1.2 mg/kg Se were significantly improved either in the later stage or throughout the period(P<0.05),and the effect of 0.9 mg/kg selenium was the best.The interaction between Se source and Se level significantly affected the Se content in the spleen and pancreas of broilers(P<0.05).The Se content in muscle tissue and organs of broilers increased with the increasing of Se in diet(P<0.05),and Se content in heart and spleen of Se substitute glucose group was significantly higher than that in sodium selenite group(P<0.05).Compared with sodium selenite,the biological utilization rate of Se glucose to broilers was 121.98%.【Conclusion】Considering the body weight increase and tissue Se content,the effect of Se supplement with selenium substitute glucose in broiler diet was better than that of sodium selenite.
