摘  要:考察了偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH 550)、多功能交联剂1,6-双(N,N′-二苯并噻唑氨基甲酰二硫)-己烷(WY 988)、混炼温度和时间对槽法炭黑填充天然橡胶门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能、压缩永久变形、蠕变及稳定性的影响。结果表明,加入KH 550,硫化胶的邵尔A硬度和300%定伸应力提高,压缩永久变形和蠕变性能得到显著改善。KH 550的最佳用量为0.9份,门尼黏度稳定性增加,最大转矩与最小转矩之差(M_(H)-M_(L))、邵尔A硬度和300%定伸应力的稳定性均显著提升。提高混炼温度、延长混炼时间、加入WY 988均可显著提高胶料的门尼黏度、M_(H)-M_(L)、邵尔A硬度和300%定伸应力的稳定性,提高硫化胶的邵尔A硬度和300%定伸应力,减小压缩永久变形和蠕变增量。The effects ofγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH 550),1,6-bis(N,N′-dibenzothiazolylformamyldisulfide)-hexane(WY 988),mixing temperature and time on Mooney viscosity,curing characteristics,physical and mechanical property,compression set,creep property and their stability of natural rubber compounds filled with channel black had been investigated.The results showed that with the addition of KH 550,Shore A hardness and modulus at 300%of vulcanizates increased,and compression set and creep property were significantly improved.The optimum amount of KH 550 was 0.9 phr,the stability of Mooney viscosity,the difference between maximum torque and minimum torque(MH-ML),Shore A hardness and modulus at 300%of vulcanizates were significantly improved.As for the compounds mixed at elevated temperature and prolonged time or with the addition of WY 988,the stability of Mooney viscosity,MH-ML,Shore A hardness and modulus at 300%of the compounds were improved significantly.Shore A hardness and modulus at 300%of the vulcanizate increased while compression set and creep increment decreased.
