摘　　要：莫迪政府通过签署安全合作协议、深化安全合作议题、拓展安全合作维度等多元举措推进了美印安全合作。这一做法的推动因素主要包括实现印度国防现代化,在"印太"地区扮演重要角色,平衡中国日益增长的地区及国际影响力以及配合美国的"印太"战略。莫迪政府积极推进与美国的安全合作关系对地区安全局势产生了重大影响,不仅威胁着"印太"海上安全局势,还会加剧"印太"安全困境。因此,印美安全合作将严重影响中印两国战略互信。当然,印美两国在关键安全议题认知上存在的分歧,印度的"战略自主"传统与美国对印度战略期许之间存在的分歧以及美国对印俄在安全领域展开密切合作的战略关切都在一定程度上制约着印美安全合作关系的方位与走向。然而印美防务交流、技术转让、军备贸易、协议签署等方面已构建了相应的保障机制,能够保证两国发展更为密切的安全合作关系。In the 21^(st) century,especially since the Modi government came to power,the United States hopes to increase cooperation with India in the field of security,and the Indian goverment has also responded positively to the appeal of the United States.In recent years,India has mainly promoted the U.S.-India security cooperation relationship by continuously signing security cooperation agreements,deepening cooperation on specific issues,and expanding security cooperation dimensions.The main driving factor of the Modi government’s continuous close security cooperation between India and the United States,including modernizing national defense,playing an important role in the "Indo-Pacific" region,balancing China ’s growing regional and international influence,and cooperating with the U.S."Indo-Pacific" strategy,etc.The Modi government’s active promotion of security cooperation with the United States has had a significant impact on the regional security situation.It not only threatens the maritime security situation of the "Indo-Pacific " region,but also exacerbates the security dilemma of the "Indo-Pacific" region.In the future,although India-U.S.security cooperation still faces many obstacles,both countries are committed to solving the problems and developing closer security cooperation.
