摘 要:目的探讨多普勒超声腔内心电一体化引导(EDUG)结合体外测量法在输液港植港尖端定位中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月在我院行完全植入胸壁输液港患者238例,根据植入时间分为对照组(2019年1~12月)112例与观察组(2020年1~12月)126例。对照组采用体外测量法植入输液港,术后行胸片输液港定位,观察组采用EDUG结合体外测量法植入输液港。比较两组输液港导管尖端最佳位置率、正确位置率、置管相关并发症、患者满意度等。结果观察组患者导管尖端最佳位置率、正确位置率高于对照组(P<0.05),置管相关并发症低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.643,P<0.05)。结论EDUG结合体外测量法有助于提高输液港导管尖端定位准确率,减少置管相关并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of electrocardiography Doppler ultrasound guidanc(EDUG)combined with in vitro measurement in tip location of chest wall infusion port tip.Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight patients with chest wall infusion port tip from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated between January 2019 and December 2019(n=112).The observation group was treated between January 2020 and December 2020(n=126).The control group was implanted in the infusion port by in vitro measurement while the observation group was implanted in the infusion port by EDUG combined with in vitro measurement in tip location.The optimal position rate of catheter tip,correct position rate,complications related to catheterization,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The catheter tip optimal position rate and correct position rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Complications related to catheterization in the observation group was lower than the control group(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05).Patients′satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group(χ^(2)=6.643,P<0.05).Conclusion EDUG combined with in vitro measurement helps to improve the positioning accuracy of the catheter tip,reduce the complications related to catheterization,and improve the patients′satisfaction.
