摘　　要：挥发性有机化合物通常是指活泼的一类挥发性有机物,即会产生危害的一类挥发性有机物,例如苯、甲苯、氯苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯等。如果需要测定样品中上述各组分的含量,需要人工去现场采样,然后将样品带回实验室,最后用气相色谱仪检测,操作极其不方便。为此,研发设计出一种检测VOCs用便携式气相色谱仪,将现场取样和实验室分析测定集成一体,且现场不需要额外的引入AC 220、50 Hz的电源,其内置DC 24电池,可持续供电12 h,操作简单,一键式启动,5 min内即可出检测数据,各个组分定性定量准确,灵敏度可达10^(-9)级别。Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)usually refer to active VOCs,i.e.,VOCs that will cause harm,such as benzene,toluene,chlorobenzene,m-xylene,p-xylene,o-xylene,etc.If it is necessary to measure the contents of the above components in the sample,it is necessary to manually go to the site for sampling,then bring the sample back to the laboratory,and finally detect it with a gas chromatograph,which is extremely inconvenient to operate.Therefore,our company developed a portable gas chromatograph for VOCs detection,which integrates on-site sampling and laboratory analysis and measurement,and does not need to introduce additional AC 220 and 50 Hz power supply on site.It has built-in DC 24 battery,which can supply power continuously for 12 hours.It is easy to operate,can get detection data within 5 minutes with one-button start,and each component is accurate in qualitative and quantitative analysis,and its sensitivity can reach 10^(-9) level.
