点刺四缝穴治疗心经积热型小儿睡惊症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察点刺四缝穴治疗心经积热型小儿睡惊症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于上海市嘉定区中医医院就诊的66例心经积热型小儿睡惊症患儿,2例随访未完成脱落,均用点刺四缝穴技术治疗,采用自身对照方法,观察并记录患儿症状及体征积分变化,评估其临床疗效。结果:治疗后2、4 d,64例患儿的持续时长、发作时间、发作频率、发作次数评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以持续时长积分减低最明显。治疗后2、4 d,64例患儿的焦虑、躯体动作、易受惊吓程度、舌质舌苔、大便评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以舌质舌苔减低最为明显。治疗后2 d,口气评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后4 d,口气评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。64例患儿的总有效率96.88%。结论:点刺四缝穴可以有效地改善患儿各项症状及体征,操作简便易行、安全性高,值得向广大基层推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling sifeng point in the treatment of night terror children with heat accumulation in heart meridian type.Method:A total of 66 night terror children with heat accumulation in heart meridian type in Shanghai Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.2 children were not completely detached during follow-up,and all of them were treated with needling sifeng point.Self-control method was used to observe and record the integral changes of symptoms and signs of the children,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:2 and 4 d after treatment,the duration,attack time,attack frequency and attack frequency scores of 64 children were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and the decrease in duration score was the most obvious.2 and 4 d after treatment,the scores of anxiety and body movement,degree of vulnerability to fright,tongue coating and stool of 64 children were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and the decrease in tongue coating score was the most obvious.There was no significant difference in breath score between 2 d after treatment and before treatment (P>0.05).4 d after treatment,breath score was significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate of 64 cases was 96.88%.Conclusion:The needling sifeng points can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children,which is simple and easy to operate,and has high safety,which is worth promoting to the grass-roots level.
