注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、盐酸氮芥冲击治疗狼疮性肾炎的应用效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、盐酸氮芥冲击治疗狼疮性肾炎(LN)的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的200例LN患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组100例。对照组给予注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,试验组加以盐酸氮芥冲击治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肝功能指标、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血尿酸(SUA)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗1年ALT、AST、SUA、Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与盐酸氮芥冲击治疗能改善LN患者肝肾功能,减少不良反应,安全可行。Objective:To investigate the effect of the impact therapy of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection and Nitrogen Mustard Hydrochloride shock therapy on lupus nephritis (LN).Method:A total of 200 patients with LN admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was added with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Nitrogen Mustard Hydrochloride shock therapy.Clinical efficacy,liver function indexes,renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),blood uric acid (SUA),blood creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 h urine protein quantitative levels between two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,SUA,Scr,BUN and 24 h urinary protein quantification in the experimental group treatment for 1 year were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The impact therapy of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection and Nitrogen Mustard Hydrochloride can improve the liver and kidney function of patients with LN,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is safe and feasible.
