摘　　要：目的 :探讨上海市陆家嘴社区6月龄~6岁儿童流行性感冒(简称流感)疫苗接种率和影响因素,为进行针对性健康宣教,提升流感疫苗在儿童中的接种率提供依据。方法 :于2020年1月1日至2020年6月30日采用自制网络调查问卷对上海市陆家嘴社区6月龄~6岁儿童的家长进行问卷调查,分析儿童流感疫苗接种率及其影响因素。共发放问卷380份,回收有效问卷369份,其中女性占67.8%;年龄31~36岁的家长占41.7%;学历为大专及以上的家长占90.2%。结果:上海市陆家嘴社区6月龄~6岁儿童流感疫苗的接种率为20.87%(77/369)。logistic回归分析结果显示,家长的性别、家长对流感疫苗的认知以及可接受的疫苗价格是影响儿童流感疫苗接种的因素。结论 :上海市陆家嘴社区6月龄~6岁儿童流感疫苗接种率较低,家长对儿童接种流感疫苗的认知存在一定偏差,提示需加强儿童流感疫苗接种的宣传教育,以提升儿童流感疫苗的接种率。Objective: To explore influenza vaccination rate and influencing factors in children aged 6 months to 6years old in Lujiazui Community, Shanghai, and to provide a basis for targeted health education and increasing the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine among children. Methods: The self-made network questionnaire was adopted from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 to investigate the parents of children aged 6 months to 6 years old in Lujiazui Community to analyze children’s influenza vaccination rate and influencing factors. A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed and 369 valid questionnaires were recovered, of which women accounted for 67.8%;the age of the parents from 31 to 36 years old accounted for 41.7%;90.2% of the parents had college degree or above. Results: The vaccination rate of influenza vaccine for children aged 6 months to 6 years in Lujiazui Community, Shanghai was 20.87%(77/369). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that parents’ gender, parents’ knowledge of influenza vaccine, and acceptable vaccine price were the factors that affected children’s influenza vaccination. Conclusion: Influenza vaccination rate is low among children 6 months to 6 years old in Lujiazui Community, there is a certain bias in parents’ cognition of children’s influenza vaccination, and it is suggested that the publicity and education of influenza vaccination for children should be strengthened in order to improve the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine for children.
