摘  要:目前对于起重机等机械臂式作业系统的抗倾覆稳定性,针对的是最不利的载荷组合条件进行校核。文中研究对象选取高铁隧道电气作业双臂系统,基于力矩法建立抗倾覆稳定性校核的计算数学模型。通过数字化实现高铁隧道电气作业双臂系统13个自由度的参数表示,使整个校核变为动态过程。用Simpack建立该双臂系统的动力学模型,进行动力学仿真。通过高铁隧道电气作业双臂系统抗倾覆稳定性计算中的力矩和动力学仿真的质心位移距离的类比,提出高铁隧道电气作业双臂系统倾覆稳定性数字化计算的公式。Currently, the stability against overturning of mechanical arm operating systems such as cranes is checked against the most unfavorable load combination conditions. Based on the method of moment, a mathematical model for checking the stability against overturning was established, taking the double-arm system of electrical operation of high-speed railway as the research object. The 13 degrees of freedom of the double-arm system in the electrical operation of high-speed railway tunnel are represented by digital parameters, making the whole check process into a dynamic one. The dynamic model of the double-arm system was established with Simpack for dynamic simulation. By analogy of the moment in the calculation of stability against overturning and the displacement distance of the center of mass of dynamic simulation, the digital calculation formula of stability against overturning is put forward.
