摘　　要：桅杆式起重机具有起重量大、稳定性高、工作效率高等特点,在港口重大件起重运输行业的使用占有很大比重。文中针对桅杆式起重机因自身结构尺寸大、镗孔加工难度大等问题,进行了详细分析,给出了必要的解决措施,并侧重阐述了桅杆式起重机大部件的加工工艺。A mast crane has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, high stability and working efficiency, and it is widely used in the port heavy parts lifting and transportation industry. In this paper, the problems of large structure size and boring difficulty in mast crane are analyzed in detail, and solutions are given, with emphasis on the processing technology of large components of mast cranes.
