摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的快速发展,依托高校组建的国家级知识产权信息服务中心面向高校和社会提供知识产权的信息服务。然而,伴随知识产权而产生的档案尚缺乏有效的管理制度。本文在梳理目前知识产权档案管理方面存在的问题基础上,提出建立知识产权的归档制度、档案保管制度、档案借阅制度、档案管理人员培训制度和管理监督制度等建议,为高校国家知识产权信息服务中心进一步规范和制定知识产权档案管理相关制度提供参考。With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the national intellectual property information service centers are established in universities and provide intellectual property information services to the universities and society.However,the effective management system for Archives administration associated with intellectual property is still absent.Based on the current situation of intellectual property Archives administration,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of intellectual property archiving system,Archives storage system,Archives borrowing system,Archives manager training system and management supervision system,so as to provide reference for the national intellectual property information service centers in universities to further standardize and formulate the relevant systems of intellectual property Archives administration.
