摘　　要：档案利用需求研究对档案开放利用工作具有重要的参考价值。文章采用问卷调查法,对社会公众的档案利用需求及相关利用行为进行实证研究。结果表明:档案用户对档案开放利用的认知度和满意度整体偏低;用户档案信息获取渠道趋向网络化、利用内容趋向数字化、利用目的呈现多样化特点;不同年龄、受教育程度、职业的用户档案利用需求呈现出指向性、个性化特点;用户基于职业需求、个人兴趣、档案开放因素利用档案的特征显著;对馆藏内容和开放利用政策的不熟悉是制约用户利用档案的主要因素;整体上,用户对档案利用服务提出更加精准性、便利性、全面性的要求。The research of Archives utilization demand has important reference value for Archives open utilization.Based on questionnaire survey,this paper conduct an empirical study on the public's Archives utilization demand and behavior.The results show that the recognition degree and satisfaction degree of archival users are low on the whole.The acquisition channel of user archive tends to network,the content of use tends to digitization,and the purpose of use tends to diversity.Users of different age,education level and occupation are characterized with directivity and individuation in terms of Archives information demand.The obvious reasons for users to use Archives are professional needs,personal interests and archival open.The unfamiliarity with collection contents and utilization policies is the principal factor restricting users'utilization of Archives.Overall,more accurate,convenient and comprehensive service requirements are proposed by users on Archives utilization.
