摘　　要：通过对2010—2019年中华人民共和国国家档案局网站发布的《全国档案事业基本情况统计年报》和《档案统计资料》中关于档案开放与利用的相关数据,中国知网检索的研究成果数据以及国家统计局发布的人均国内生产总值等数据的汇总和分析,从政策法规、科学技术、社会经济发展水平三个方面分析了对我国档案开放与利用的影响,意在找出影响我国档案开放与利用的根本原因以及应对策略,为更大程度地促进档案的开放与利用,推动档案事业的发展提供参考依据。This paper conducts data summary and analysis based on multiple data sources,it includes the relevant data on archival opening and utilization in the Statistical Annual Report of National Archives released on the website of China and the Archives Statistics in 2010-2019,the data about archival achievement on CNKI and the per capita GDP released by the National Bureau of Statistics.The paper analyzes the influence about archival opening and utilization from three aspects:policies,science and technology,and social development level.It is intend to find out the fundamental causes about archival opening and utilization,and then propose the coping strategy.Through in-depth research,the findings of this paper can provide decision-making referenceto to development of archives.
