摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析2018年北京地区健康体检人群颈动脉粥样硬化检出情况。方法:收集2018年北京市体检统计1245135例健康体检人群的相关数据,颈动脉粥样硬化按超声检查结果分为颈动脉内中膜增厚、颈动脉斑块两种情况,按性别分为男性组和女性组,按年龄分为7个年龄组,分别为18~29岁组、30~39岁组、40~49岁组、50~59岁组、60~69岁组、70~79岁组、80岁以上组。结果:颈动脉粥样硬化检出率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,男女检出率均从40岁开始明显升高,男性颈动脉粥样硬化检出率明显高于女性。颈动脉斑块检出率男女比例为1.24∶1,男女颈动脉斑块检出率同比分别高出0.94%、4.40%;颈动脉内中膜增厚检出率男女比例为1.66∶1。男性颈动脉内中膜增厚检出率同比减低0.33个百分点、女性同比高出0.21个百分点。结论:颈动脉粥样硬化检出率男性高于女性,男女40岁以后检出率均增长显著。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the detection of carotid atherosclerosis in healthy people in Beijing in 2018.Methods:According to the data collected from the 2018 Beijing physical examination statistics of 1245135 healthy people,carotid atherosclerosis is divided into two types of carotid artery intima-media thickening and carotid artery plaque according to the results of ultrasound examination,and is divided into male The female group and the two group are respectively divided into 7 age groups according to age:18-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old,50-59 years old,60-69 years old,70-79 years old Group and group over 80 years old.Results:The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis showed an upward trend with age.The detection rate of men and women increased significantly from the age of 40.The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in men was significantly higher than that in women.The detection proportion of male and female carotid artery plaque was 1.24∶1.The detection rate of male and female carotid plaque was separately 0.94%and 4.40%higher than the same period last year.The detection rate of male and female carotid artery intima-media thickening was 1.66∶1.The detection rate of carotid artery intima-media thickening in men decreased by 0.33%year-on-year,and the detection rate of women was 0.21%higher than the same period of last year.Conclusion:The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis in men is higher than that in women,and the detection rate increases significantly after the age of 40 in men and women.
