摘　　要：目的:系统评价实施健康管理对高尿酸血症人群的应用价值。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库,筛选对高尿酸血症人群进行健康管理的中英文RCT研究,检索时限为从各数据库建库到2020年12月。采用Review Manager 5.4软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇中文文献,合计1812名研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,对高尿酸血症人群进行健康管理后血尿酸水平下降更明显[SMD=-1.42,95%CI(-1.63,-1.20),P<0.001],与此同时,实施健康管理后患病人群对于疾病防治知识的知晓率[OR=5.73,95%CI(3.38,9.69),P<0.001]及管理满意度[OR=5.95,95%CI(2.71,13.08),P<0.001]都有显著提高。结论:对高尿酸血症人群进行健康管理具有积极的意义,可提高高尿酸血症知识的知晓率及有效降低血尿酸水平,但由于纳入文献的质量一般,今后尚需更多高质量、大样本的RCT研究予以证实。Objective:To systematically assess the value of implementing health management for the hyperuricemia population.Methods:PubMed,EMBase,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched to screen Chinese and English RCTs for health management of hyperuricemia.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to December 2020.Meta-analyses were conducted by the RevMan 5.4 software.Results:10 Chinese literatures with a total of 1812 study subjects were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the level of serum uric acid in the health management group was significantly lower than that in the control group[SMD=-1.42,95%CI(-1.63,-1.20),P<0.001].At the same time,after the implementation of health management,the awareness rate of disease prevention knowledge[OR=5.73,95%CI(3.38,9.69),P<0.001]and management satisfaction[OR=5.95,95%CI(2.71,13.08),P<0.001]was significantly improved.Conclusion:Health management for people with hyperuricemia is of positive significance,which can improve the awareness rate of hyperuricemia knowledge and effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid,but due to the low quality of the included literature,more high-quality RCTs of large scale are needed to verify the conclusion of this study.
