摘 要:目的分析种植体周围骨缺损处联合应用甲状旁腺激素(1-34)〔PTH(1-34)〕与珊瑚转化型羟基磷灰石对骨再生修复的影响。方法选取健康雄性杂种犬12只,将其分为实验组和对照组各6只,均于两侧胫骨制备制备种植窝各2个,对其制造骨缺损后植入种植体,并将CHA植入骨缺损处。术后实验组每周3天经背部皮下注射PTH(1-34),对照组注射等剂量的生理盐水,术后4周、8周时两组各处理3只动物,采集标本进行分析。结果所有实验动物均未出现伤口感染、种植体松动或脱落的情况。术后4周、8周时,实验组的X线片显示结果均优于对照组,种植体最大拔出力值高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4周,实验组缺损区新生骨小梁较对照组粗,种植体表面与新骨直接接触;术后8周,实验组种植体表面与新生骨接触较对照组广泛,新生骨更为致密。结论PTH(1-34)与CHA的联合应用,更有助于促进种植体与新生骨接触,加速骨缺损处的骨再生修复。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of parathyroid hormone(1-34)〔PTH(1-34)〕combined with coral transformed hydroxyapatite on bone regeneration and repair.METHODS 12 healthy male hybrid dogs were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 6 in each group.Two implant sockets were prepared on both tibias.After making bone defect,implants were implanted,and CHA was implanted into the bone defect.After operation,PTH(1-34)was injected subcutaneously through the back of the experimental group 3 days a week,and the control group was injected with the same dose of normal saline.At 4 and 8 weeks after operation,3 animals were treated in each group,and samples were collected for analysis.RESULTS No wound infection,implant loosening or falling off occurred in all experimental animals.At 4 and 8 weeks after operation,the X-ray results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the maximum pullout force of the implant was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after operation,the new bone trabeculae in the defect area of the experimental group was thicker than that of the control group,and the implant surface was in direct contact with the new bone;8 weeks after operation,the implant surface in the experimental group contacted with the new bone more widely than that in the control group,and the new bone was more dense.CONCLUSION The combined application of PTH(1-34)and CHA is more helpful to promote the contact between implant and new bone and accelerate the bone regeneration and repair of bone defect.
