摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定盆炎丸中多指标性成分的含量,为盆炎丸的质量控制标准提高提供参考。方法HPLC法,Hypersil GOLD(4.6×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:327nm,进样量20μL,同时测定绿原酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B这3种活性成分的含量。结果绿原酸、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B分别在0.0278~0.2784μg,0.0367~0.3674μg,0.8238~8.2384μg内线性关系良好(r≥0.9992),平均回收率分别为99.46%(RSD 1.95%),100.32%(RSD 1.35%),100.96(RSD 1.54%)。结论该实验方法简便、快速、专属性及重复性强,增强了盆炎丸的质量可控性,切实的提高了盆炎丸的质量标准。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of multiindicator components in PenYan pills,which provides reference for improving the quality control standard of PenYan pills.METHODS HPLC method was adopted.Hypersil GOLD(4.6×250 mm,5μm)column was used,the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30 degrees,the detection wavelengths was 327 nm,and the injection volume was 20μL.The contents of chlorogenic acid,rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B were determined at the same time.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid,rosmarinic acid,and salvianolic acid B had good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.0278-0.2784μg,0.0367-0.3674μg,0.8238-8.2384μg,respectively.The correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9992.The average recoveries were 99.46%(RSD 1.95%),100.32%(RSD 1.35%),100.96%(RSD 1.54%),respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid,specific and reproducible,which enhanced the quality controllability of PenYan pills and improved the quality standard of PenYan pills.
