摘　　要：目的优化中药房实习生在医院实习方法,提高了实习生的中药综合专业水平,为培养高质量的中药人才提供了保障。方法通过中药特色技术的传承学习,指导实习生的实习方法,帮助学生提高实践能力。结果将所学的传承知识应用于实际工作,提高了医院中药房实习生的专业技术能力。结论提高了实习生的中药理论与实践相结合的能力,促进中药特色技术的传承和创新。OBJECTIVE To optimize the practice methods of interns in Chinese pharmacy in hospital,improve the trainees′comprehensive professional level of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a guarantee for cultivating high-quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS Through the inheritance and learning of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology,guide trainees′practice methods and help students improve their practical ability.RESULTS The learned inheritance knowledge was applied to practical work,which improved the professional and technical ability of interns in hospital traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.CONCLUSION It improves the trainees′ability to combine traditional Chinese medicine theory with practice,and promotes the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology.
