摘　　要：目的分析哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致皮试阴性患者迟发型过敏反应发生的原因与特点,为临床合理安全使用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠提供参考。方法对1例哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致皮试阴性患者发生迟发型过敏反应的病例进行报道,分析青霉素类抗生素皮试阴性但用药后出现过敏反应的原因以及处置办法。结果哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠皮试阴性患者在用药第2天发生了迟发型过敏反应。结论医务人员应该警惕并监测青霉素类药物的迟发型过敏反应的发生,关注其他药物对β-内酰胺类药物皮肤试验结果的影响,确保患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes and characteristics of delayed anaphylaxis in patients with negative skin test caused by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,and to provide reference for reasonable and safe use of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in clinic.METHODS A case of delayed anaphylaxis in a patient with negative skin test caused by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium was reported,and the causes of anaphylaxis after negative skin test of penicillin antibiotics and their treatment were analyzed.RESULTS The patient with a negative skin test of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium occurred a delayed anaphylaxis on the next day.CONCLUSION Medical personnel should be alert to and monitor the occurrence of delayed anaphylaxis to penicillin drugs,pay attention to the influence of other drugs on the skin test results ofβ-lactam drugs,and ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
