摘 要:针对线缆印字不清晰需除字重印的问题,摒弃传统人工擦拭方式,采用自动控制原理和电机控制系统,结合实际生产经验,设计一种线缆自动除字器,介绍了印字类问题缆产生原因、现有除字方式及其弊端,测速架、喷洗箱、除剂箱等机械结构以图示说明,并详细叙述除字流程,电气系统以DSP28335为主控制器、线缆速度为切入点,通过速度检测单元、触摸屏、电机拓扑结构等硬件电路设计与功能分析,主程序、电机控制器子程序的软件流程图绘制与计算公式推理,最终实现线缆的自动除字功能,省人力、可暂停,速度快、效果好、效率高,且不损伤线缆护套。In view of the problem that the cable printing is not clear and needs to be removed and reprinted,the traditional manual wiping method is abandoned,and the automatic control principle and motor control system are adopted.Combined with the actual production experiences,a cable automatic letter remover is designed.This paper introduces the causes of printing problems,the existing methods of removing characters and their disadvantages.The speed measuring frame,spray box,agent removing box and other mechanical structures are illustrated with illustrations,and the character removing process is described in detail.The electrical system takes DSP28335 as the main controller and cable speed as the entry point.Through the analysis of hardware circuit design and function of speed detection unit,touch screen and motor topology,the drawing of software flow chart of main program and motor controller subprogram and the reasoning of calculation formula,the automatic word removal function of cable is finally realized.The character eliminator is labor-saving,pause,fast,effective and efficient,as well as no damaging the cable sheath.
