摘 要:针对微波加热、微波化学、微波功率合成等领域对S波段磁控管性能提升的需求,开展了基于阳极恒流供电提高磁控管输出特性的研究,实现对磁控管输出信号质量的改善。基于磁控管频率推移效应与注入锁定理论,实现了对磁控管注入锁频性能的提升。通过对磁控管阳极电流纹波的抑制,磁控管自由振荡频率范围减少了30%,功率波动由5.5%降低至2.8%。在注入锁定磁控管实验中,当注入比为0.05时,磁控管相位抖动降低了39%。磁控管阳极电流恒流技术是提高S波段磁控管输出特性的新思路。A study on improving the output characteristic of a magnetron based on constant anode current technique is carried out.It enhances the S-band magnetron performance and may be applied in microwave heating,microwave chemistry,microwave power combining,and so on.The injection locking performance of the magnetron is improved based on the frequency pushing effect and injection-locking theory.By reducing the anode current ripples,the range of magnetron free-running frequency is suppressed by 30%,and power fluctuation is reduced from 5.5%to 2.8%.The phase jitter is reduced by 39%in injection-locking experiments,when the injection power ratio is 0.05.The proposed constant anode current technique is a novel method to improve the output characteristic of S-band magnetrons.
