摘  要:为完成树脂基复合材料固化成型工艺过程研究,提出了基于傅里叶热传导定律和基体热动力学特性的复合材料固化过程热-化学模型,完成了复合材料成型过程中热压罐及复合材料层合板内部瞬态温度场的模拟分析,评估了温度场分布情况对复合材料成型精度和固化变形的影响规律。研究结果表明厚度是影响复合材料内部温度场分布的重要结构参数,T700/5 429复合材料固化反应过程较平缓,温度场对复合材料固化变形影响较小,工程上适于制备大厚度复合材料结构。结论可用于指导复合材料结构设计和工艺制备过程。In order to complete the research on the curing process of resin matrix composites,we propose a thermochemical model of composite curing process based on Fourier heat conduction law and matrix thermodynamic characteristics,complete the simulation analysis of transient temperature field in autoclave and composite laminate during composite molding,and evaluate the influence of temperature field distribution on the molding accuracy and curing deformation of composites.The results show that thickness is an important structural parameter affecting the internal temperature field distribution of composites.The curing reaction process of T700/5429 composite is gentle,and the temperature field has little influence on the curing deformation of the composite.It is suitable for preparing large thickness composite structures in engineering.The conclusion can be used to guide the structural design and process preparation of composites.
