摘  要:泵站的水流流态直接关系到水流的漩涡,进而影响泵站的工作效率。基于Realizable-ε湍流模型对不同流速的水流建立数值分析模型,针对水流的喇叭管下方速度分布、水流流动特性进行分析。主要得到以下成果:基于Realizable-ε湍流模型与超声波多普勒流速监测仪,对泵站前池的水流流速监测结果整体变化趋势基本相同,Realizable-ε湍流模型的准确度较高;喇叭口两侧与吸入喇叭口的水流相互影响,出现较多的涡流,在取水口底部位置处也带动引起较多湍流,这会对泵站管道的水流产生一定的影响,水流的结构尺寸是一个较为重要的影响因素;进水池两端侧壁的流速比中间的水流流速小,进而引起中间位置出现淤泥,在进行水流模拟过程中未考虑水流淤堵的作用,因而数值模拟分析的流速结果稍大。研究成果可以为泵站水流实际工程提供参考。The flow pattern of the water flow in the pumping station is directly related to the vortex of the water flow,which in turn affects the working efficiency of the pumping station.This study is based on the Realizable-ε turbulence model to establish a numerical analysis model for water at different velocities,and analyze the velocity distribution under the horn of the water flow and the flow characteristics of the water flow.The main results are as follows:based on the Realizable-ε turbulence model and ultrasonic doppler flow rate monitor,the overall change trend of the water flow velocity in the front pool of the pumping station is basically the same.The accuracy of the Realizable-ε turbulence model is higher;the water flow between the side and the suction bell mouth interacts with each other,and there are more vortices,which also cause more turbulence at the bottom of the water intake,which will have a certain impact on the water flow of the pumping station pipeline.The structure size of the water flow is relatively Important influencing factor:the flow velocity on the side walls of the inlet tank is lower than the flow velocity in the middle,which causes silt in the middle position.The effect of water flow blocking is not considered in the flow simulation process,so the flow velocity result of the numerical simulation analysis is slightly larger.The research results of this study can provide references for the actual engineering of the water flow of the pumping station.
