摘  要:为了防止综采工作面在开采过程中采空区遗煤发生自燃现象,划分出采空区煤自燃三带范围是前提,采取有效的防灭火方案,避免遗煤自燃的发生。以柠条塔煤矿S12002综采工作面为研究对象,通过现场预埋束管方法进行观测,得出了采空区进、回风侧不同推进位置处的O;变化情况,掌握了采空区漏风对开采工作面“三带”的影响规律。基于氧浓度的“三带”划分标准,确定了综采工作面采空区自燃危险区域,即采空区氧化自燃带的范围为进风侧92~246 m,回风侧35~125 m,并计算得出了工作面防火的最小日推进速度为4.5 m/d。研究成果对于指导类似开采条件工作面采空区遗煤自燃防治提供了一定参考。In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf during the mining process of fully mechanized mining face, the “three zones” of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf are divided, and effective fire prevention schemes are adopted to avoid the occurrence of residual coal spontaneous combustion.Taking the S12002 fully mechanized mining face of Ningtiaota Coal Mine as the research object, through the observation of on-site embedded beam pipe method, the changes of O;at different positions in the air inlet and return sides of the goaf are obtained, and the influence law of air leakage in the goaf on the “three zones” of the mining face is mastered.Based on the “three zones” division standard of oxygen concentration, the spontaneous combustion risk area of goaf in fully mechanized mining face is determined, that is, the range of oxidation spontaneous combustion zone in goaf is 92~246 m on the air inlet side and 35~125 m on the air return side.It is calculated that the minimum daily advancing speed for fire prevention in working face is 4.5 m/d.The research results provide a certain reference for guiding the prevention and control of residual coal spontaneous combustion in goaf under similar mining conditions.
