摘  要:高瓦斯以及具有煤与瓦斯突出危险的矿井主要通过施工各种类型的瓦斯钻孔来降低煤层瓦斯浓度或者消除突出危险。但是钻孔施工过程中会从钻孔中涌出大量的煤渣、水、瓦斯导致瓦斯超限,严重威胁到作业地点施工人员的安全。为了避免钻孔施工过程中瓦斯超限,提高抽放系统瓦斯浓度,准确设定边打边抽时的抽放负压,在前人研究的基础上设计了一种智能化控制钻场抽采负压防止瓦斯超限的装置。该装置克服了传统防喷孔装置存在的调整抽采负压时人为随意性大、调整不及时等弊端,能有效地处理喷孔时产生的煤渣、水和瓦斯,对于减少瓦斯超限事故、保障钻孔施工人员安全、促进瓦斯清洁利用具有重要意义。High gas mine or coal and gas outburst mine mainly reduce coal seam gas concentration or eliminate outburst risk by constructing various types of gas boreholes.However, a large amount of coal cinder, water and gas will gush out of the borehole during drilling construction, which is very easy to lead to gas overrun and seriously threaten the safety of construction personnel at the operation site.In order to avoid gas overrun during drilling construction, improve the gas concentration of extraction system and accurately determine the extraction negative pressure, an intelligent device for controlling the extraction negative pressure of drilling field to prevent gas overrun is designed on the basis of previous studies.The device overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional blowout preventer, such as large artificial randomness and untimely adjustment when adjusting the extraction negative pressure, and can effectively deal with the coal cinder, water and gas produced during the blowout hole, which is of great significance for reducing gas overrun accidents, ensuring the safety of drilling workers and promoting gas clean utilization.
