摘 要:目的:分析叶酸代谢相关酶基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:将2018年11月至2019年10月该院收治的100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者纳入研究组,另将100名同期健康孕妇纳入对照组。采用PCR技术检测两组亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因C677T、甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)基因A66G,比较两组MTHFR基因C677T、MTRR基因A66G突变情况。结果:研究组MTHFR基因C677T的CT基因型频率、T等位基因频率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MTHFR基因C677T的CC、TT基因型频率和C等位基因频率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组MTRR基因A66G的基因型频率和等位基因频率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MTHFR基因C677T多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病存在相关性,MTRR基因A66G多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病无相关性,可为临床治疗妊娠期高血压疾病提供参考。Objective:To analysis correlation between folic acid metabolism-related enzyme gene polymorphism with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods:100 pregnant women with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study group,and another 100 healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.The methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene C677T and methionine synthase reductase(MTRR)gene A66G were detected by PCR.Then,the mutations of MTHFR gene C677T and MTRR gene A66G were compared between the two groups.Results:The CT genotype frequency and T allele frequency of MTHFR gene C677T in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the CC and TT genotype frequencies and C allele frequencies of MTHFR gene C677T between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the genotype frequency and the allele frequency of MTRR gene A66G between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:MTHFR gene C677T is correlated with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,while MTRR gene A66G is not correlated with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,which can provide guidance for the clinical treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
