温肾泄浊汤联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾泄浊汤联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果。方法:选取102例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温肾泄浊汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分(腰膝酸痛、疲倦无力)、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、肾功能指标[血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.20%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腰膝酸痛、疲倦无力等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Scr、BUN水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:温肾泄浊汤联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分、血清炎性因子和肾功能指标水平,其效果优于单纯前列地尔治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction combined with Alprostadil in treatment of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:102 patients with chronic renal failure were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Alprostadil,while the observation group was treated with Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores(waist and knee pain,fatigue and weakness),the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],the renal function indicator levels[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.20%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as waist and knee pain,fatigue and weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of the patients with chronic renal failure can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome score,the serum inflammatory factor levels and the renal function indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Alprostadil treatment.
