程序化护理在高龄脑梗死后遗症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察程序化护理在高龄脑梗死后遗症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取90例高龄脑梗死后遗症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施程序化护理,护理1个月,比较两组压疮发生率、护理满意度和生命质量评分。结果:观察组压疮发生率为2.22%(1/45),低于对照组的22.22%(10/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的66.67%(30/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组物质功能、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能等生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:程序化护理应用于高龄脑梗死后遗症患者可降低压疮发生率,提高护理满意度和生命质量评分,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of programmed nursing in elderly patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods:90 elderly patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received programmed nursing.The nursing lasted for 1 month.The incidence of pressure ulcer,the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 2.22%(1/45),which was lower than 22.22%(10/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than the control group of 66.67%(30/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the quality of life scores of material function,physical function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The programmed nursing for the elderly patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life score.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
