摘  要:黄金时代广场西地块A座主楼工程采用底层双柱在过渡区域向上合并为单柱的分叉结构形式。单个分叉柱质量高达44.22t,制作困难,工厂制作中涉及80mm厚高建钢板焊接,现场安装工况复杂。基于此,对分叉柱进行分节段设计,工厂中分节段下料焊接,现场分节段吊装焊接形成完整分叉柱;优化大厚度高建钢板焊接工艺,选择以半自动实芯焊丝二氧化碳气体保护焊为主,焊条电弧、药芯焊丝二氧化碳气体保护焊为辅的焊接方法解决焊接难题;制定分叉柱吊装控制、测量与安装技术措施,保证现场顺利施工。The main building of block a in the west plot of Golden Times Square adopts the bifurcated structure in which the double columns on the ground floor are combined upward into a single column in the transition area.The quality of a single bifurcated column is as high as 44.22t,which is difficult to fabricated.The factory production involves the welding of 80mm thick high-performance building structural steel plate,and the on-site installation conditions are complex.Based on this,the bifurcated column is designed in sections,cut and welded in sections in the factory,and lifted and welded in sections on site to form a complete bifurcated column.The welding process of large thickness high-performance building structural steel plate is optimized,and the welding method dominated by semi-automatic solid core carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and supplemented by electrode arc and flux cored wire carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is selected to solve the welding problems.A set of control,measurement and installation methods for forked column hoisting is formulated to ensure smooth construction on site.
