摘  要:装配式建筑施工高空立体作业多、人机交互频繁、施工工序复杂、安全事故频发,开展安全事故分析统计对显化施工现场安全管理盲区具有重要意义。基于事故致因理论,从事故基本信息和致因信息两大方面共12个维度构建结构化危险场景分析模型,以客观还原装配式建筑安全事故发生的危险场景。并利用该模型分析和统计2009-2019年OSHA数据库中79起装配式建筑施工安全事故,揭示事故发生的规律,为装配式建筑施工风险管控提供理论依据及分析工具。Due to the numerous aerial three-dimensional operations,frequent man-machine interaction and complex construction procedures in the construction site of prefabricated construction,safety accidents occuring frequently,it is important to carry out the analysis and statistics of safety accidents to manifest the blind area of safety management in construction site.Based on the accident causation theory,a structured hazard scene analysis model is constructed from two aspects of accident basic information and accident cause information in 12 dimensions.It can objectively restore the hazard scene of safety accidents in prefabricated construction.Besides,this model is used to analyze 79 prefabricated construction accidents recorded in the OSHA database from 2009 to 2019.It reveals the law of accident occurrence and provides theoretical basis and analytical tools for risk control of prefabricated construction.
