摘　　要：为解决老旧建筑垂直交通问题,北京某高校拟在既有建筑原结构外加建5层电梯。根据岩土工程勘察报告及结构设计要求,拟加建电梯井处地基承载力及变形均不满足设计要求。考虑邻近既有建筑施工空间有限,现场运用改装的套管跟进锚杆钻机成孔,采用注浆钢管桩联合桩端、桩侧复式注浆工艺的地基基础加固方案。第三方检测数据表明,微型桩承载力及变形均满足规范及设计要求。在保证既有建筑物安全的前提下,在有限施工空间内,成功实现了既有建筑地基基础加固改造,有效提升了既有建筑的使用功能。In order to solve the vertical traffic problem of existing building,the 5 floors elevators will be built to the original structure in Beijing.According to geotechnical engineering survey report and structural design requirements,the deformation and the characteristic value of sub-soil bearing capacity of existing buildings didn’t meet the design requirements.Considering the limited construction space close to the existing building,a type of specially manufactured micro drilling machine was used,and the micropile foundation scheme of steel pipe pile with grouting and post grouting for steel pipe pile was used.Third-party testing data shows the ultimate vertical bearing capacity of a single pile and the deformation are fulfilled requirements.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the existing buildings,in the limited construction space,the soil and foundation improvement of existing buildings was a great success by micropiles,the function of existing building was been improved.
