人性化护理对提高产科分娩室护理质量效果观察

摘　　要：目的将人性化护理方法应用在产科当中,分析提升对产科分娩护理质量的效果。方法将2020年3月至2020年8月到我院产科分娩的产妇(70例)设为本文研究组,以随机(抽签法)方法分为两组,即观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。在分娩时分别配合人性化护理和常规护理,比较效果。结果①观察组(28例,占80.00%)自然分娩率明显高于对照组(16例,占45.71%)(P<0.05)。②观察组产妇三个产程的分娩疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。③观察组(3例,占8.57%)产妇产后并发症的发生率明显比对照组(13例,占37.14%)更低(P<0.05)。④观察组产妇护理之后的三个产程的产程时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(33例,占94.29%)产妇护理后的满意度明显比对照组(24例,占68.57%)更高(P<0.05)。结论在临床产科将人性化护理方法应用在产妇分娩当中可有效提高分娩时的护理质量,提升产妇的妊娠结局,缓解分娩疼痛,降低产后并发症出现的概率,缩短产程时间,提升整体护理的满意度,是一种有效的护理,值得推荐。Objective To apply humanized nursing methods in obstetrics and analyze the effect of improving the quality of obstetric delivery care.Methods The parturients(70 cases)who gave birth in the obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2020 to August 2020 were selected as members of the research group in this article.They were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Cooperate with humanized nursing and routine nursing during childbirth to compare the effects.Results(1)The natural delivery rate in the observation group(28 cases,80.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(16 cases,45.71%)(P<0.05).(2)Three women in the observation group the labor pain score during labor was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The observation group(3 cases,accounting for 8.57%)had a significantly higher incidence of postpartum complications than the control group(13 cases,accounting for 37.14%)was lower(P<0.05).(4)The labor time of the three stages of labor after nursing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The observation group(33 cases,accounting for 94.29%)had significantly higher satisfaction after nursing than the control group(24 cases,accounting for 68.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing methods in the clinical obstetrics department can effectively improve the quality of care during delivery,improve the pregnancy outcome of the parturient,relieve the pain of childbirth,reduce the probability of postpartum complications,shorten the delivery time,and improve the satisfaction of overall nursing care degree is an effective care and is worth recommending.
