探讨宫颈钳夹与宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道后穹隆纱条填塞治疗产后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探究产后出血治疗中宫颈钳夹与宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道后穹隆纱条填塞的应用效果。方法抽取70例产后出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者均为阴道分娩,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组使用宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道后穹隆纱条填塞治疗,研究组使用宫颈钳夹与宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道后穹隆纱条填塞3种方式共同治疗,对比两组患者止血处理后产后出血情况以及止血后并发症发生情况。结果研究组分娩中出血量、产后24 h出血量、止血时间、填充物留置时间分别为(821.30±153.40)mL、(80.30±20.40)mL、(5.20±0.30)min、(15.10±1.50)h,对照组分别为(1206.50±210.30)mL、(180.40±16.90)mL、(13.10±0.90)min、(20.30±3.20)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组止血后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后出血治疗中宫颈钳夹与宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道后穹隆纱条填塞共同治疗的实施能够有效提升治疗效果,降低患者出血量,缩短止血处理时间,且在实际治疗中操作简单,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of cervical forceps and uterine water sac filling combined with vaginal posterior fornix gauze filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Seventy patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the research object,all patients were delivered vaginally,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intrauterine water sac packing combined with vaginal posterior fornix gauze packing,while the research group was treated with cervical forceps and intrauterine water sac packing combined with vaginal posterior fornix gauze packing.Postpartum bleeding and complications after hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss during delivery,24 hours postpartum blood loss,hemostasis time and filling indwelling time were(821.30±153.40)mL,(80.30±20.40)mL,(5.20±0.30)minutes,(15.10±1.50)hours,respectively.Control group were(1206.50±210.30)mL,(180.40±16.90)mL,(13.10±0.90)minutes,(20.30±3.20)hours,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after hemostasis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,the implementation of cervical forceps and uterine water sac packing combined with vaginal posterior fornix gauze packing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the patient's blood loss,shorten the hemostatic treatment time,and the operation is simple in practical treatment,worthy of popularization and application.
